2.2 For Watchie-Talkie Users (Parents, Guardians, and Children)

Mempat collects:

  • Parent/Guardian Account Information – Name, email, phone number (required for app setup).
  • Child's Profile Data – Nickname, avatar, and device settings (optional).
  • Device Identifiers – IMEI, serial number, OS version for troubleshooting and security.
  • Location Data – Real-time GPS tracking, viewable only by authorized guardians.
  • Voice & Chat Data – Temporarily stored for AI processing and deleted after 30 days unless saved by the guardian.

Mempat does not collect biometric data (e.g., fingerprints, facial recognition).

Mempat does not use chat or location data for advertising or external profiling.

4. Chat Data & Parental Control

  • End-to-End Encryption: All chat messages are encrypted and accessible only to guardians.
  • Storage Duration: Voice and text messages are deleted after 30 days unless saved by a guardian.
  • Parental Control: Guardians can delete chat history at any time through the mobile app.
  • AI Training Policy: Watchie-Talkie's AI does not learn from stored chat data.

Mempat does not sell or rent personal data. However, data may be shared with:

  • Service Providers – Cloud storage, security, analytics.

7.5 Voice Cloning Ethics & Guidelines

Regarding our voice cloning technology:

  • Chat and voice messages (for Watchie-Talkie) are automatically deleted after 30 days unless manually saved.
  • Location data is stored for 7 days before being permanently erased.
